The people that posted before haven't got knowledge.What you can do is you can type in a search engine VPS, and they normaly cost £10.00per/month and you need linux knowledge to use it. That will run your server for 24/7\. But if u have no linux knowledge you can buy VPS Windows. His question was if he could have his computer host the server 24/7 while on sleep. Giving another suggestion basically says that no, it isn't possible.
