Robin
Is it a fresh install of win7? Do you get any errors before it freezes?Go into MSConfig and turn off any superfluous processes from the startup list.

Robin
Vista? Heh.Download [MBAM](http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php) and install it. Let it update and run, then preform a full scan. Can take around 30minutes or so depending on your setup. If you don't find anything, I'd suggest looking into a [SFC scan.](http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html)Good luck. Robin
In that case, continue on and do the SFC scan.
meepinator
Believe it or not, the fix for this is actually very simple, double click in the white area between the edge of the window and the task list.
Robin
Oh right, he uploaded a screenshot. Totally missed that. xDI really should learn to read entire posts, rather than skimming.
