i get that part. but how can the friend connect. thats the question. befor he had to write my IP in his client. ( i am talking local network) and then he was in my game. this version of eclipse doese not seemse to have that thing. how can he connect then?

Read Number 7 on the tutorial. then watch the video again. It seems you have a problem understanding how computers connect to each other.

Beating around the bush with stupid answers like "I don't think you understand how that works" is going to solve the problem. Rather than giving the person a guide why not directly respond? One possible problem could be an invalid/non existent port forward. Another could be that the ip could be changed/altered to a static ip thus causing a problem in the web traffic. Please explain the problem more in depth so that a solution can be found.
