Drakiac
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 84x and I have installed the library files. The server boots up fine, yet when I run the client I receive the this error right after it says loading interface:Run-time error '-2005401480 (88780078)':Automation errorIt then quickly flashes Initializing Directx before shutting down.I have tried installing the library files using admin, no UAC, and compatibility with windows xp (service pack 3) yet it still won't work. How can I fix this? IS it a problem with the library files (even though server works) or is it a problem with the client itself?Thanks-DrakiacEdit: Here is an image:![](http://img811.imageshack.us/img811/3984/error1o.jpg)
Irhymer
Have you tried running the **client** as Administrator? And possibly restarted your computer?
Drakiac
I've tried both of them and I keep on getting this message:![](http://img811.imageshack.us/img811/3984/error1o.jpg):( I wonder if it is a problem with my computer itself… Some more info is that EE works perfect on my computer.-Drakiac
Ruins of Hell
You need to install the Eclipse Origins Runtime Library. (It's different than EE's library.) You can find it in my signature.
Drakiac
I already installed the library files. I went to config in the client folder and set debug to 1 and now it lets me boot up the client. Thanks to all the help guys!
MrKris
Then just try running it in Administrator again and hope it works.
