Error when opening EO Help please!

Ok so me and a freind are trying to setup a EO server but were having some problems…
I get this when i load the client

Ive tried :
Re-Booting my computer.
Re-Installing the eclipse library files

How can i fix this??
PLEASE HELP!

How do i run it in compatibility mode?
BTW i tried running it in the Windows "administer" account but it says blank password is not alloud but the admin acc has blank password -.- also, my current logged in account is admin

EDIT : Compatibility mode didnt work, none of em worked ;(
It was working fine last night, i dont see why it isnt working now..

Theres only these for compatibility mode :
Windows 95
Windows 98 / Me
Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 5)
Windows 2000
there is no  windows XP service pack 3 D:

Sometimes you still have to enable it to run as Admin if you're running Vista or Seven. Though I can't see that giving you an error. I sometimes get the same error when playing Robin's Crystal Shire. (Running Windows XP.)

It's saying you need to extract the .zip to it's own directory. Then try running the .exe. It can't run the resources to run the exe because you didn't unzip it properly.

If you're using Winzip (Windows default extractor I believe.) : Right click the .zip folder. On the little menu that appears, should be a "Extract all" or something saying extract. (I don't use Vista or Seven, so not sure of the details. If someone could fill him/her in on it, I'd appreciate it.) and it should extract to a new folder with the same name.
