Adding New Npc Sprites?

How do I add more sprites for NPCs? I have a bunch of them, but they don't use the sprites in the characters folder? So where are all of them?

im not sure what you mean, but you need to make sure they are all labeld correctly 1,2,3, etc. and must be a bitmap image, and you will see them in ur game when you open up admin pannel,-edit npc,- and click a number, and then sprite-what ever number your picture is in your folder.  hope this helps xD :)

They do use the sprites in the char folder. . . Just look for the horizontal scroll that sets the char under npc editor and it will show the chars in the folder when you go to that number char.

Well they are not appearing, which is actually starting to annoy me. In fact the sprites are completely different from the ones I have in the Characters folder.

Okay, I figured out the problem. It seems it just isn't showing all my sprites. Thank you for your help Conra.

Omfg lol. I am missing sprite 98, so it stops loading at 97 because it can't detect 98.
