EO Data Converter

Did anyone ever made a data converter from old EO version to newer EO version?
It doesn't matter which version, as long as the source code is included.
I don't know how I'd make it from scratch so I'm looking for this instead.

So to be clear, by data converter, I mean like a Map Convert for EO 1.3 to EO 2.0\. Something like that.
Basically, something that convert the old data with old UDT to new data with new UDT
