Stable NPC spawning place, map requirements, guards, item chance

Hello.

I hope this :cheesy: can be implemented.

1) I want some of my Non-playing character just stay in one place (this npc will never move around just stay). How?

2) Map Requirement. I want there is restrictions to go in that map. For example, you should be at least level 25 to be there. How? ;)

3) Guard? I made a guard but I can't see his sayings. Why?

4)Item Chance? I want to have a lot of items to be dropped by a one monsters. i have noticed that a one monster can only drop 1 type of item (example learn fire). But I want any monsters has a chance to drop more items. and not by killed, by chance (ex: 20%)

Any help?

Do you mean Eclipse Stable? Because if you are we are not suppose to help you this an Eclipse Origins forum. I would defiantly recommend you to download it. It is much better than stable by any means.
If this is EO then either make the npc a shop keeper or add a bunch of blocks around it.
