Speech Bubbles/Narrator

Hey,

This is probably my first, of many, posts on Eclipse. I've been messing around with the game client for some time now, finding new ways to explore the endless opportunities. I have seen, on video sites such as YouTube and right here on the forums, chat bubbles & narrators that appear when a character interacts with someone or says something.

**Question Simple**:
I talk to an NPC, a chat box will appear. Is this possible? I've looked around but haven't found anything as of yet.

I type "HELLO", and it appears in a chat bubble above my head. I know this is possible, well, I think it is. But once again, I can't find anything.
