I use to play Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2 for the gamecube all the time, but, they took down the online server and the game got boring after endless grinding to find the sealed J sword… So, I quit, still have the game for gamecude though. Some people like endless grinding of the same floors.Some cases I do. But normally they are "fun" not "dull" Battle of the Immortals is a VERY GOOD example of asian dungeon crawlers but it is fun. Kite Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 They should of never changed from pso 1&2The whole concept of psu was completely changed.If they would have stuck to the same type of gameplay, and stuff I would have played through more then twice.I still played it, got my character max level, but I sold it to gamestop for 2$ after that xDPayed 20$ sold for 2$, bad but I did not play it anyway. It was still great but I liked how you had to time your hits to get off combos however the combat was slow. Which I'm happy they in-proved in psu just sad there wasn't much of a bonus for pulling off any combos.The most which I hated about psu was the fact the rare weapons seemed almost like normal weapons. The class weapon change was alright I didn't mind having to level classes because it gave more to do and most was simple. The master ones I didn't really care for however.
