Medleyy
You should make sure you have access to them and that they're not a protected area. Windows 7 has a feature to set who can save somewhere, so set yourself as the administrator and edit that.
Nighthawk0973
You don't need VB6 to use Eclipse. It's possible to install scripts without VB6 and it's also possible to view source code without it, I don't think it's possible to compile it though. As far as your VB problem, go to the Microsoft website and find the download, when it askes you to 'save' or 'run' choose run, this runs the installation program. Leave everything at defaults and the installer will (slowly) install a bunch of crap, most of which you don't even need, onto your computer. Trust me I know they did that to me with MSVC++ they'll do it for VB too.
