Engine Questions!

Hello there!

I have started development of my new game called The Five Heroes [Name WIP].

I need to find a good engine for my game.

So I have a old engine its Prospekt Online and basically whenever I login there is a bug that says 'Incorrect Password' even though I have the correct password this bug is not allowing to make the game it is a game breaking bug :( If anyone knows how to fix this please tell.

The second engine is ResBak but I found out that is not open sourced and the open source one costs money.

I like Prospekt Source but my team member disagrees

I am looking for a modded engine because we don't have that much knowledge in vb6 but I am recruiting in the talent center (Once my post is approved)

Please suggest all engines below! Also we were using the Mountains GUI but I plan on changing a lot of that GUI

I believe your best bet would be to use Eclipse Worlds engine as it is the most updated and supported.

It has no quest system also does it support DX8 (PNG GUI)

Quest system's going to be added eventually and yes, it's made in DX8.

Is the GUI PNG though?
