Chat box?

When i talk, no chat box appears, is there a tutorial that could help? Thanks  :embarrassed:

The chat box is at the bottom of the screen. It doesn't "appear".

i know, but in ee, and runescape, a box appears over the head to see who said it!

I was reading this and fell over laughing at "how" well it went together with the sentence.
