Npc error #2

i sm into making a 2 multiplayer game but i had this sort of an npc problem
i want my npc to stand in a certain position i give him.
my npc must talk to the player which clicks in form of a speech box which comes on the screen or other easy way atleast to see what he is trying to say.
i also want him to give some quests something like "Go to the castle and free it from the zombies"
i just want something like that

i will be very grateful to anyone who cares to help
