Please help me , Is there any program that host a Server for 1 Month 24/7??
Even if it is not Free.

There is no "program" to host your server on. As a server is nothing more than an Operating System designed for efficiency(lol win2k8 server). Anyhow, the easiest solution would be to rent a VPS somewhere, which while the specs are often god awful it's a good way to get started. Or purchase your own seperate computer and host it on there.

I Can't open our computer for 24/7 , So how do i do it? Except for purchase a new computer? is there a Program that host a server , even if i have to pay .

why would you ask again whether there was a program that can run a server when Joyce had clearly answered your question before?
