yeah I'm a noob i changed my screen and i found the + sign….. well we are talking about /train what is it meant for? or was it something that was being made for 2.7 and then abandoned?

Any one know how to fix the /train command. i see it in the command.txt in my scripts folder. i have looked thow my main.txt for any hint, i have found the "Sub UsingStatPoints" but i dont see how to make the /train work nor the ingame menu that a player would use to spend thows points or is it a difernt methid?. would this be a source problem? or are i missing a Sub, or is it left open to a develper to build? im sorry if something has been posted on this, but i havent found anything on this so far.
