:azn: **Ok thanks guys u all are very helpful and i couldn't get where i am without you!** Ok back to the point…when i open up the game, say something long, the big gray box like spams the screen, so i went to GFX > tiles10 and opened it up and made all of the gray box black or erased it, so then i restarted the client and it had like a bunch of errors, so i changed it back, restarted computar and the gray box is still there but i was just wondering how ot get that gray box gone! lol ;)

to make a monster go to client folder > GFX > bigsprites and in the blank boxes draw a monster and erase the red lines around it and hit f1 in the game and click edit sprites and click the check "big sprite" and find yours and click apply , and to put it on the map, simply click edit map > properties > NPC tab > and put yours in!

Ok first I want to thank **EVERYBODY** for getting me so far because I couldn't do it without you guyz :) **1.SFX Ok, I just decided to take out the pain.wav but when i'm playing the game it says "pain.wav does not exist!" Ok so the question is how do i get that to go away? **2\. acually if you want the npc to stand still you do use npc avoid BUT sometimes he stands backwards so i had trouble with this but i just drew the npc in GFX > Big Sprites and drew him facing in the same direction…it works! cus i wanted like 2 gueards standing on a wall

those are the only 2 types? or is there more edit: i just deleited the old pain to the recicle bin and added the new one and renamed the new one pain.mp3 but it still said it was missing so i tried renaming it pain.wav but it still didnt work :(

well i nararated it in wmm (windows movie maker and saved it in SFX and renamed it pain and deleted the other "pain" and it said it was missing so i tried renaming it pain.wav but it still didnt work…so that info might help thanks edit: well im not sure if its a wav file or mp3 cus i just nararated it and i saved it as a windows media player file...

wait what od you mean "replace the old file" i added mine i renamed it "pain" and deleted the old pain and when i attack something it says pain.wav does not exist. and i did what you just said
