You will need a program to do it lik VB (Microsoft Visual Basic) you can get the express edition free.

It means theres something wrong with the actual sound files that you have. Try playing them seperatly and see if they work or not.

If you go for one of the companies that "do it for free" theres usually a hidden fee somewhere, really s**t connections or something else is wrong with it. Just look around and you may find something useful.
