is there anyway to make a map smaller for like a shop or something?

i have 2.7 and i have all the lib files

but i tried and it dont work i registered msscript.ocx but it dont work still

when i try to start the server the loading thing pops up then what it does is stops and says "error loading script engine" can someone help?

ok when i click properties then choose which npc y can i choose where it spawns???
