  5. Okay, so I am in need of a professional looking logo for my game. Not anything too hard just a nice looking one :) I also would like a .ico file with the name of the game abbreviated. The game name is Realm of Antherik. So for the main logo I imagine it being in capitals in a kind of old roman font. The word "Realm" will be on the left, the word "of" will be in the center but below "Realm" and "Antherik" would be on the right and at the same level of "Realm". I attached a rough draft of what i mean to this post. I want the background to be grass on the left and cobblestone(castle stone) on the right and have the word "realm" be nature-like and "Antherik" medieval castle-like. "Of" will have the "o" nature-like and "f" the same cobblestone texture :) the .ico file would just be a simple RoA with the "R" grassy, "o" split in half with grassy and cobblestone and "A" will be cobblestone. I think im making it sound more complicated than it really is xD If anyone can do this for me, I will be very thankful, put you in the credits of my game and notify you when testing starts so you can be apart of it (if you would like). :) thanks in advance!

  9. Hello! I have had an account with Eclipse for quite some time now and have never really done anything with the engine until just recently. I have some questions on the NPC aspect of the game that I can't seem to find any direction on. I found a couple tutorials explaining all the fields of the NPC editor but that's pretty much it. What I would like to know is: -How to make an NPC static and not wander -Is there anyway to integrate speech systems?(I heard something about CSDE Convo system but couldn't find in forum search box) -How do you associate a shop with an NPC?(interact with the NPC to bring up shop) -Can you make specific movement paths for NPC's? Also (this kinda has to deal with NPCs) is there any Quest systems that I can integrate into my game? Thanks in advance for the help, I apologize if some of these questions seem idiotic, I'm a newb to this engine :)

  13. Nope, that was not the problem because I have installed them before and my server worked fine until yesterday, and I just tried installing them again.

  15. Hello Everyone! I am Rxanti, and I am currently looking for a Dev team for my new project. Storyline: In a world of peace and harmony, lived it's inhabitants: Humans, Elves and a mysterious race called the Sepricals. Not much was known about them but they live on a plateau towering over the southwestern part of the world. The Elves on the other hand, dwell in the northern hemisphere in a huge, lush forest covering almost a whole continent. The only two races that have contact are the Humans and Elves; the Humans own three harbors/colonies in the Elven territory. Humans however, live by themselves on a huge continent to the east. The capitol of all the Human region is a glorious city known as Aerilon. King Ferilas III had recently fallen ill…and died. With death, his first born son, Loathos took the throne. Loathos then ruled the kingdom for half a year, trying to gain the people's respect by living up to be the king his father was, when something devastated him. His son, Prince Herald, was murdered during a city riot over raised prices of a local market. Infuriated by his sons death, Loathos sent in his troops to go and burn down the district where the riot had taken place, taking revenge upon the rioters. At midnight, the Soldiers charged the district and threw torched into every house and shop, killing all men, woman and children. Within the next month a revolution had begun, ending in the overthrow of Loathos. Loathos was put to trial and was ruled to be hung by the new king, his brother Verdon. It was midday when Loathos stood before a crowd on the gallows, rope around his neck and ready to be lynched. But before the executioner could even pulled the lever, a portal opened up from the west and three mysterious beings jumped out and shot a blast of arcane energy towards the gallows. Which killed the executioner and disintegrated the rope. Out of the blue, one of the figures grabbed Loathos and jumped onto a roof of a tower. The being opened a portal and jumped through with Loathos in his arms.... Loathos awakened in the middle of a bunch of ruins on a island. The three figures introduced themselves as Veros, Vuntren and Selicron. They told Loathos that he could have eternal power by activating the Nexus, which is a powerful energy fount that they were at. Loathos agreed and recited a ancient phrase before a big glowing altar. Just then, a beam of light shot out of the altar and Loathos was throne in the middle of the beam. Loathos became empowered with arcane energy and grew in size. His skin and flesh became stone and he was now forever a Golem of arcane energy. After he became empowered, Vuntren told Loathos that he needed to wield the Sword of Shenirath to become the king once and for all. Loathos took the weapon, and let out a roar so loud that even the Elves could here it. The inhabitants of the nexus were a group of people called Rune Casters, that bend and use runes for their advantage. Almost all Rune Casters bowed down to Loathos, but a selected few fled and became known as the Fallen Spirits. The Fallen Spirits then arrived at the harbor of the Human colony in the Elven Forest and warned them of what had happened. About a week later, Loathos and his Rune Casting army destroyed the lower part of Aerilon, killing thousands. He then fled for his arcane energies had run low. The Elves join the Humans in the fight agaisnt Loathos, because the energy given off from the Nexus is causing the forest to die. Now, as the world is being scarred by war and destruction, young heroes will arise to save the world. The game is based in medieval times in a different world, but there will be occasional appearances of machinery. The styles in which the game will be played is a Fantasy. The game will contain a HUGE world to explore as well as a vast quantity of quests. There will be a PvP system as well as Dungeons and world bosses. The current classes that I have come up with so far are: -Knight(melee, your warrior as in most games) -Cleric(healer or buffer) -Rune Caster(buffer and damage) -Trapper(a archer and expert of traps.) There may be another class to come depending on game progression I have not decided yet.   16. Hello everyone, I have been wondering…. is there a way to make it so that my certain classes start with specific gear and spells already equipped? I know this is a newb question lol
