yeah, after your access is set to 5, press f1 to open admin panel. There should be a tab called "editor". Click on it and you can begin :P

1\. Events are like Chrismas. For example, on christmas day there is an event where you can get a santa class or something like that. Its sorta like MOTD…
2\. You can use those for cutscenes. As to how you get in and stuff... i truly have no idea
