you can do better easier with stronger software

well there's a lot more you can do with photoshop than paint.net and more with paint.net than ms paint. ms paint doesn't have many tools really, it'd be a pain to make anything with it.

non scrolling maps also cause less lagg as the maps are smaller though you could argue that you have to load more, it spreads it out over time

binary is a code in which the computer uses to run everything every OS is made from binary if I'm not mistaken (or a programming language based off binary which they need to understand) and who knows, maybe he did understand binary, you don't have to jump to the conclusion that he doesn't

They must had at least 500 people working on WoW when you think about it. From tech support, writers, coding, 3d modeling, etc
