My Son didnt ASK for such content to appear in his usually ok to play game. Do you see World of Warcraft featuring "Live with Loose Lilly"? Yes Cybersex goes on in games at times, which can be reported and other measures put in place to reduce it, but to implement it into a game which is not related to it :-\ , send them to the forum, read wikipedia, but implemented into the game, thats not controversial, thats just random… I know a killer perhaps I should make access to a chat with him a level 100 quest in my game about fairies and sunflowers.

I can see where TimeBomb is coming from its not like she is CRB'd cleared or anything and there is a high possibility the majority of users (now that it has been posted here) will be of a young age. Now I can see that offending a lot of people, any game that had such content would be rated accordingly but this isnt in place as far as I know. Just imagine some kid talking to her about "what sex toys if any, she uses on the Job" then a parent checks on their child to see the type of talk going on. There are also places that this activity is illegal and I would be worried for Ambardia Owner of the possible consequences from holding this type of 'event'. It is a sex worker answering questions about the nature of her job, porn can be classed as any form of sexual act. Of course they are not one and the same :-\ you dont have porn with your lover do you? You have Sex with them, porn is the result of media being generated from it. With Ambardia being a game and the talk being of a sexual nature with no restrictions to safely ensure the users are of a legal age and safe, I think this is irresponsible and pointless. Personally if I had kids and I had blocked porn and such activities with a filter yet they were playing a game and it featured such content Id be pissed. Just my 2cents.

Ok so Im looking to add some new stats and skills, problem is Im not too sure how I SHOULD go about it Im in two minds and would like a few opinions from those of you more familiar with Eclipse ^_^, if you dont mind too much. I have already done the quick code edit to have the Stamina as a bar, but that is just because SP was already written into engine and displayed on the character info sheet, wasnt a big deal to update it to have the bar reflect the percentage. I have stats and skills, stats will be based on a percentage system whereas skill will be based on a rank so : StatName range = 0-100% whereas SkillName range = 0-5. So would it be best for me to write this information into the Character data file kinda how it goes on when it pulls the information from the class files to make a new character (by the way where exactly IS the part that writes the .dat file for new character creation? I did a .dat search but only found map.dat file section, a little heads up would be most grateful) STR(Class(I).SP) Or would I be better off just having say a .ini file called extrastats.ini (holding the new stat names) and extraskills.ini (holding the new skill names) and then used get and put var to update that file as seen fit within game in the level up sub. The stats would decrease over time so I could put the put and get var for that within the time function. As for showing the updated values in game I 'think' I could then have it update the view of the shape and variable still but it would need to be in a cycle if I did it that way - its been a long weekend and I know I am making this sound harder than it is, need a little clarity lol. Thanks ahead of time. :)

Dude I just broke up with my girlfriend because I happen to say I trust a friend Ive known for 9 years over her who has known me 2 years and cheated twice in response to her telling me that my friend could be scamming me because I put money in his account so I could use his card details to buy something online as my bank card is still in the post. Its ok for her to accuse my friend of theft yet I cant retaliate and tell her he is more trustworthy than her and of course I trust her still T_T but she took it to mean I dont trust her. I did notice something odd, if you have "Enable Desktop Composition" selected from "System Properties - Advanced - Performance-> Settings" then when you are dragging and moving things around it will have a weird redraw effect with the dotted outline of said object. I do not know if there is another method for fixing this but yeah - disabling that sorted it out for me. I know you can do it on a per program basis but I just disabled it all together. EDIT : Forgot to mention that the odd redraw only happened in Visual Basic, didnt notice it in anything else.

oh! Thanks Robin - I was looking at the source other day because I'll likely work it out but how is the char.dat files written (you know char1, char2, char3) because I was thinking you could just update that file with the added values and read them in/out. I think that is how the current player stats are recorded/read but I could be wrong Ill look later but if you could give a heads up would appreciate and speed things up for me :)

The whole nutrition debate is actually a load of bs. The amount of protein contained within Jesus Juice is by no means enough to work as a supplement lol. However there are two things you can do if you were looking to 'try' these recipes xD. Pineapples (fresh) will alter the taste. Celery (fresh) will increase the amount. So a Pineapple Salad 3 times a day will make your Baby Juice worthy of the spice rack lol. Avoid anything that contains toxins such as Cigerettes and such as they will affect the taste but generally lots of fresh fruit, salad and you will be laughing your way to the bank (did you get it? xD)

The source compiles fine, however executing the client shows that message whereas the one that comes with Eclipse does not. Also can you show me the Eclipse Source loaded up and compiling on Windows 7 64Bit that is of course unless its portable VB you SS'd

TimeBomb - you clearly do not have that setup. If you do then dear lord you just saved the entire Internet full of people who have tried to do an Installation of Visual Basic 6 Enterprise on a Windows 7 64bit Machine. How about you read what I wrote before you type? I said after compiling it no longer works and I also said I have to run Visual Basic 6 in Virtual Box (XP install) for the above reason.

Visual Basic 6 Doesnt run on Windows 7 64 Bit.
