How do I put in a script for a scripted attribute? Like when you click the scripted attribute in the editor it comes up with a box to choose the script, How do I edit those scripts?

Ok when I try to compile my sever the link im supposed to click is grey and it wont do anything. Here is a picture: 

When I run my sever I get RTE '-2147024770 (8007007e)' How do I fix this? I tried re-installing the library files but that didn't work. Please help me.
