A few weeks ago, I would have agreed with you. I still think BF2 is one of my favorite games of all time, however I bought BF:BC2 a little while ago, and I think it's a pretty worthy successor.

I played it for a few months. Considering my gaming attention span (most games last 2-4 days before I get bored), I think it did pretty well. I think it got a little bit grind-y at points, but it managed to avoid it for the most part.
