I need suggestions for an art program, preferably free if possible. Something with a grid, ideally for tile sets. I'm currently using paint but it's very time consuming for me to align things correctly.

I have started to organize my tile sets to make things easier. Unfortunately I have never done this and I have run in to a problem and I'm unsure of how to resolve it.  It seems that the black parts of the tiles that I have imported are not transparent. And I'm sure this is not a layering mistake.

Newb question ~ How am I suppose to set access for a user? A little different then I remember. The notepad isn't as detailed as the others Eclipse versions. > [ACCESS=4] > Login=TEST > Password=TEST > Email=NOMAIL But when I tried to call the administrator panel up with F1 it didn't work.

I'm looking for a tile set with all tiles from RMXP converted for eclipse could someone please help me out?

Sup guys, I'm sort of new and have some question about tilesets. But just for reference I'm using 2.7 (not sure if that's important) Are 10 tile sets the max? How big can one set be? What are the attributes to import a set? If possible could someone give me a link to a tutorial if you think I should know anything more?

In short can someone give me a tutorial for setting up Eclipse 2.7
