You can, but it'd be wasted. It's piss easy when you know how to program, impossible when you don't.
Learn programming by doing simple things. Hell, my first ever Mirage system like 8 years ago was main menu music. I didn't just dive right in and start adding intense interactive boss fights. I started small, so should you. -

Then simply change the animation code to work with a 5-frame system. Done. -
Portforwarding is where you tell your router where to route traffic on a certain port.
If you have no router then you don't need to route traffic meaning you don't need to port forward.
Simply add an exception to your firewalls. -
Both of them already have casting, attacking and hitting animations. What crack are you smoking?

This is a terrible idea. Ignoring that, however, it requires much more effort and time than you could possibly put in to it. I suggest you spend your time learning to actually program in the mean time.

No. You don't seem to understand art. Until you develop the ability to be critical about your own creations you'll continue to have absolutely no skill or talent.

Stop making random shit and go read up on colour theory. Gradients require mature use of a palette, not default Photoshop effects.
