I have actually taken the time to go thru the standard list of sprites included w/ Total Eclipse to label them. And then I decided to share it w/ the rest of the Eclipse community. The list has the sprite number (#) and my one-line description. Sorry if the following is a question obvious to anyone who isn't new to all this (like I am), but how would I go about making an item with special abilities? For example: * A sword that creates a healing potion after each battle * Armor that turns the wearer invisible * A shield that casts a spell in combat by itself Another question: How do I make more stats for characters? I'm talking like in DnD, where you have not only Strength, but Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, & Charisma. Getting these into my game (if there is a way) would greatly help me make the game more fun.

Okay, so I made my first map for my beta testing. It's the top-left corner of what's going to be an island with beach along the border, with a village surrounded by countryside in the center (ya know, something simple to start off with). So the map looks something like this (note: @ = sea, # = land). @@@@@@@ @@@@@@@ @@####### @@####### @@####### @@####### Now all the sea part is "blocked" in terms of attributes (players can't walk there). So here's my problem: when I launch a player account (Access=0), to test out the map, the player starts at the top-center, and thus can't move anywhere, because all the squares around him (and the one he's in) are "blocked". If you know a way to define the player starting position, or even the starting map, I would greatly appreciate you letting me know how to do this.

I tried downloading some extra Tile sets off of http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/Tiles.html but the links don't seem to work. Can anyone help me w/ this?
