Click Data.ini in your folder (I think thats where it is) Then change Paperdoll = 0 to paper doll = 1 Then make sure you align them right

It would be sweeter if the npcs didn't just disappear after you killed them. Maybe make their attack stance on the sprite sheet into the death animation??? just a thought… I agree :)
