I tried to connect to my game but i got RTE 5, somthing with procediment calls and arguments, i don't know how to traduce it to English, then i got error while resizing window, what should i do?

hey, i need some legs, pants, or whatever you want to call them, made up of iron, and another of cotton, also, a sprite of a slashing flail that goes in arrows, and a slashing whip too, and a slashing staff too, and a slashing XD too (why? i don't know but i will find a good use for it xP). i know what is the RTE 13, but what i need is to know how to put more maps classes and whatever else without appearing RTE 13

How do i: -insert new skills -make classes upgrade like in ragnarok -make races -make genders -make diferent skin colors -make diferent hair -make diferent hair color -make diferent eye color -make beard and mustache -make someone help me mapping -make monsters -make battle windows, so when you touch a monster you will fight it appart, like in pokemon and dragon fable -im not sure if this is in all eclipse or only a lagg problem, when i want to go to any map from 101 and up it stops, it says receiving map but theres nothing!, ive seen that people wants a game with 300 or so of maps so how do i get more maps?

i followed the help guide that comes en server.exe, i did it all, but when typing /mapeditor it says thats not a valid command whats my problem?
