I'm using the version I downloaded straight from the homepage. Also, I am using Windows Vista if that makes a difference, and I see no apparent way to turn up MIDI or Synth volume on my computer (I can't even see if its muted or not, darn vista). The music settings in-game are just fine too.

I am using the newest version of eclipse (2.8) and all of a sudden all the music and sound effects stopped working… This happened before and all I had to do was re-download all the effects and music and it fixed itself. The problem is... I can't find where any of it is and the lynnnmusic links on the homepage don't work. Could someone please send me a ZIP file or something with all the original music and effects (and other music if you have it :P ) ? None of the spell animations work for me either, but someone told me that no spells work on 2.8... My e-mail is [email protected] . If you know how to fix the problem without downloading new files, can you please tell me how?

I don't know if I could all ALL that… I think I would probably mess up my game. I have another quick question that might help. If I load the GFX and GUI from the new client in paint and change them to the current tilesets I'm using, will the sprites work for me and the people I send the game to?

Ok, thanks. I really don't want to start over though. That seems like the best option but I have over 50 maps already and I really don't want to remake them… Where is that map converter I could try out?

Also it works fine on the main client, but not on the copied one.

I'm having a few problems with port forwarding and sprites… (I am using an older version of eclipse I downloaded about a year ago) I followed a tutorial and it worked perfectly. I copied the original client folder to a folder on my desktop. I ran it and it worked perfectly. I didn't even need to change the IP adress in "config" (because if I did it wouldn't connect to my server, which it was able to do if I left it untouched) I logged into my admin account which worked perfectly (Im assuming the other accounts my friends have made will work too) BUT every sprite, item sprite, and tile I have added to the game have become invisible. (Every character is using a new sprite so this is a huge problem) I could really use someone's help figuring this out… I added all the sprites to the client in the extracted folder with the main client and the server and it worked in the game. Was I supposed to do that? Or was I supposed to changed the sprites in the zip folder?

Does anyone have some decent building sprites? I'm only using the default ones in an older version of eclipse, so I could really use them as long as they're not too big. I know I'm being kinda general here, but I'm not sure what else to say. =D

sorry but im kinda new at this :P , how come when I edit the classes and save them in notepad they aren't put in the game? And where can I find the map editor? I've looked everywhere.

I've been looking around the site for a while and so far you're mmo maker looks almost exactly the same as playerworlds. (playerworlds.com) can you tell me what's different?
