    lol, take a look at the tree from the last topic… REALLY looks like a lollipop. But it`s the game idea... some sort of cartoonish-fantasy-style graphics ._.

    Well, I`ve been working on my tiles, there are many experimental stuff on it. I tried to make it like a normal palm tree, but it simply didn`t fit... got any ideas? I`m really needing some tips... lol ._.

Hey guys, I haven`t been around for a while… I just wanted to show you some screenshots of the project I`ve been working on Me and my friend decided to create a 100% custom game, which isn`t something easy to do, at least for us. We`ve already drawn 6 full sets for each class (Warrior, Sentinel/Archer, and Mage), I`ll post some of them later. As you can see, we tryied to make a `cartoonish-styled` game, that`s why it`s so colorful and there aren`t many textures, we tryied to add some, but it simply didn`t fit the game. ALSO please note that we are no pixel artists. We have NEVER drawn anything before this that I`m showing you, it`s my first tileset, and my first spritesheet, so please, take that in consideration before sending me to hell =P *the GUI is in portuguese, hope you don`t mind, ._.

    I'm not sure but…did you know that there will be a new RPG Maker in december? :o I'm just telling it 'cuse there will be new graphics wich can be used by Eclipse...and of course it's good:D Anyway...I dunno...but I think it's kinda useful for you to know =P
  11. I saw the rebellion online video and I wonder, the attack animations there were made by spells? Well, this is not the point anyway… :P I wanna know how can I put attack animations using spells... and also, if there's another way, can someone teach me how to do it? (if it uses coding, can someone post the code here? ::)) Hope someone can help me :grin: Cya...

    Ok, I created this topic to know your opinions about the both engines (I already have chosen mine :P)…but anyway...lets see... Eclipse Evolution: Good side: - EE is still under development and I guess it can be much better than it is now - It has (obviously) more functions - The engine much more inovated than TE one :P - You can use all the scripts available for TE or EE - It has (a buggy) skill and guild system ::) (it can be added in TE but in other script) Bad side: - Have a lot of non sense bugs (nonsense for me, actually :P) - It's not completed :grin: - May be slower in some pcs (but I guess it's too hard to happen) Total Eclipse: Good sides: - It's finished (it's a half good and a half bad :P) - It almost don't have bugs - Not sure but I guess it's faster than EE in some pcs ::) Bad sides: - It's finished and can't be better than it is now (unless you edit the source) - Only TE scripts works in it - There are less functions Well...Am I missing something? (probrably I am, so tell me :P) And which one do you prefer?

    (Another question :P) I'm thinking in a way that the NPCs dialogue appears in a window and not in the message box… The only way I can figure out is to create each dialogue in VB o.0 Can someone teach me how to do it? (if it's possible of course xD) 'Cuse you might have noticed...but I'm REALLY noob in VB :P
