Ok when you double click a spell it sets insert to cast it i would like it to be like this: after double-clicking it comes up with a window asking what button to assign it to 1-9 after selecting it saves it to the characters ini so it will be saved.

I'm looking for a good way to create something like this  allowing the user to set his spells up and then use the keys 1-9 to use them. P.S it should also be movable.

Not sure if im putting this in the right place but i couldnt find anywhere else to put it. Could someone take this dragon and color it to red?
