ok I've changed all the warp begin spot to the center but when i get a new person they appear in the old spot with the tree in it.i hate to remove the tree and the other spots the best.could someone tell me what else i need to change to teleport to a different spot

im using eclipse final and when i start it up and try to log in it gets as far as loading the interface then gives me this error '9' 'subscription out of range' i about had it with it i tried to redownload it and that didnt work can anyone help me please i think its the client ill retry downloading it
