Hmm, ok so if I read this right, then our game (Pokémon Cyrus Online) is illegal because of the name Pokémon and the use of their logo? Now, what if we drew a logo almost looking the same ourselves and we inserted a normal e instead of the é ? Would it then be "legal" since we do actually have a End User License-Agreement where we forward credits to Nintendo for the name Pokémon and graphics. I wrote the EULA myself and I have checked it through like a houndred times, and IMO it looks pretty good now. So, any suggestion what to do? Also I don't think Nintendo cares really, since we have been running this game for almost 2 years now, with over 20k accounts in game since Summer 2008\. Our youtube video have had over 250k views last time I checked. Maybe the numbers is not that much considering the whole Pokemon fanbase, but still? Inputs please? Regards, Dev-Pall. Hehe, Pokémon Cyrus Online (referred: PCO) is not dead at all, you can find it on www.pokecyrus.com And yes, I think we are the most active game as of yet, just took this screenshot a few mins. ago: http://img16.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pco.png 146 online, and it's like 00:30 AM gmt+1 right now :) Also, yes, PCO is made with a very old build on Eclipse but we customized almost everything really to make it run more "smooth" which I would say we pretty much succeded hehe. Hmm, I'm not sure really. Also this is one of the most unstable builds we have made, just to warn ya (if it of course is the leaked source from cyengine.org?). I don't mind really, feel free to play around with it, however I'm not sure what Cyrus' thinks, so prepare to take it down again if Cyrus wants it down :P Regards, Dev-Pall. I'm not posting a lot on these forums really, but as I'm going to start looking for a "job" on an Eclipse game again soon (since we gave up Pokemon Cyrus) I thought I wanted to show you what I got :P So here it is:  I'm not 100% done yet, but I kinda need to walk my dog, so I better post now before I forget lol! Well Ladies and Gentlemen! I have gotten to the point where I need a team for Pokemon Cyrus! As some of you know, Cyrus have resigned his position, which leads me in charge alone! We have been running this game for over a year now, have been fun all the way through. Anyway, now we need a new host. To become a host you need: - A dedicated machine only to Pokemon Cyrus Online (The engine is really big now, so to run it, you need to dedicate the server only for that) - 24/7 access both FTP and Remote Control. I need to plug-in some updates once in a while, and restart server in case of crash (we tried to convert all of our Databases over to MySQL but we have only done like 50% of it, so quiet many errors atm.) - It needs to be a good server, with nice hardware, please post your server spec here thanks - We need an internet connection with at least 10m/bit. If you can't provide that or above, don't bother signing up :wink: Well, I know you normally have to pay money to find such a good host, but we are really in need for it. And don't worry, there are houndreds of players online everyday, so the server will be busy all the time :) Anyway, I hope someone can help me out, else please post your MSN and I'll add you!
