BUMP! Well just gonna try to solve this. _So far I have come across a solution which is FORMATTING. when I formatted by computer then I could play, but for a while I quit playing eclipse because I was quite busy. Now after I have downloaded more things and updated to sp2 it wont work again. That means it wont work because of a programme or update I downloaded. So the question is… Any1 might know what the programme is? I haven't downloaded much so I can list some things here: 1)Hotspot shield 2)BitTorrent 3)Swiftkit 4)Dark Reign 2 5)Xvid 6)DivX 7)Mozilla, Opera, IE 8)All of the auto updates 9)Skulper Rpg So these should be all. NOTE:When I write P R O G R A M ... it shows programme, so read programme as P R O G R A M._

No that isn't the problem… For example me... i formatted my computer then i got eclipse working but now when i re downloaded most things back it wont work. So its something you downloaded which makes the client useless (It does say when the server is offline, but when the server is online it keeps checking.) ~so far the only solution i found was formatting.

lol , i pretty much had the same problem … in the end i couldn't get it to work ... formatted my computer and then it worked again.

Or you downloaded a tileset from website and didnt make black transparent (dunno if i wrote the word correctly).

Well i actually play on the games that are Lower than EE 2.7 (Some random ones i find on the net) cause here everything is EE 2.7 or stable … and anything higher than EE 2.5 just wont work on my computer (no idea why) , so if any1 has a EE 2.5 or lower game then just pm me and ill gladly join.

Well i kinda like the upper part of the tree ^^ so gl on next tries.

BUMP. Also i found out today that when the server is offline the the status checker on the client will say that its offline But as soon as it gets online it will keep checking it. *Still Need HELP!

Of course , i did use Their clients. I cannot connect their server with Their clients. also I Cannot connect to a game that i host (when i use the new version) but I Can connect to a game that i host (when i use the old version) Thats pretty much it.

Yeah it wont connect at all , that is the problem … but any other game i play works just fine.

does it matter? i tried several , checked them all with the status checker all were online. 1 was cartoon something … other was something with hats ... the third was a mix of tibia and runescape and then there was another one... i still got only 1 left ... which is Legends of Atheria IP:173.88.149.149 PORT:888 -I hope someone knows how to get the client working.

Now that i searched on the forums a bit more i have found exact or similar cases … which didn't get solved. The thing is that you just cannot connect with the Eclipse client - You cannot make new accounts and you cannot Login.
