I was make 14 new items and set theyre sprites Angels Wings… Whatever, then I wear them I cant see angels wings I see another items. why? And what is link for menu maker???

Ok Im making pokemon game and I want to make galactik football game. Whatever. I dont know how to code an item… How to make a football ball?
