I think the answer you are looking for is this…
Technically it would not be ok to use any nintendo sprite. You might be able to get away with it if you drew them yourself, but I think that the big N would still be able to come after you.
Now saying that. The chances of N coming after you for making a game like this would be pretty small. I doubt you would gain enough attention to even be a blip on their radar, and there are plenty of other worse things out there that are eating into N's profits.
I would say go ahead and make your game using whatever sprites you want... at worse N would send you a ciest and desist order... It would be to much money and effort for them to actually take you to court over something as small as a homebrew game. -

they kind of ripped me off. I only got 3 eggs… at least only 3 eggs grew, and one of them is a fairy shrimp, and not a triop.
Oh well fairy shrimp are pretty cool too.
I need for them to get a little bigger before i can change their water. Its growing some sort of film on top from the plant stuff they included with the rocks. >.< -

I think they should be higher rates… but not instant god rates. whats the fun in being max instantly when you dont go through the game.

No on private servers you do not have to pay montly fees… unless he decided to make it P2P but that would defeat the purpose of a private wow server.
You just install WoW... change one of the ini files to point to his server... register on his site, and enjoy free wow... -
Did you know that you can clean your coins with taco bell hot sauce!!!
get a dirty penny or other coin, and put hot sauce on half of it and let it sit there for like a minute. then wipe it off and compare… no wonder taco bell goes through you so fast... at least its cleaning your insides!
Taco bell is like the only place you can get a meal for 20 for like 5 bucks. -

you could probably put in a script on login that if some "paid" variable doesnt = true then kick them. then you would have to change the variable for each person that does pay.
I doubt you'll get many people wanting to pay to play your game tho…

I used to catch them in a watering hole for cows when i would go to nebraska. I had no idea what the were at the time, but they were very neat. Mind you we also used to cactch leaches too.
