Here's a quick edit.
I fixed his shoulders, they were too stiff and up. I also fixed the face a bit so it looks like he's looking forward instead of down. Also the feet looked too dead so I did a quick sketch so it looks like he's standing on a surface. You should take those points into consideration. -
I'd like to see the man animated. Also his posture is a bit weird. The weapons are pretty good, but could use some contrasting.

I've never really seen a Megaman ORPG attempt. I suggest basing it off of the Battle Network series, due to it's RPG elements that are easy to follow in an ORPG.

We're in need of any assistance possible, though you need to prove your mapping skills. If you can show some examples via PM we might consider it. (I'd usually tell you to post on the forums but it's just a piece of crap and the free hosting is terrible)
On a side note, I'll be posting what most likely is the final Main Menu for WIP. Then I can focus more on Tiles. -
