Exactly what language is the source code in? I would assume VB.Net, but the extensions are .BAS and such which, to my knowledge, is not VB.Net. I'm interested in converting the whole thing to either C++ or C#, the only two languages I readily know, but find it a little more difficult to do so without knowing what it is coded in. I feel the search is broken since searching for the most trivial of things returns nothing. Thanks, Andy

This would go to someone like Marsh, because I need to know if there is a way to run the server, and it automaticaly continue after it is done with autopatch. This is because, game server control panels dont allow you to hit continue on the screen, but only to start, restart, and exit the program. So, anyone know? Edit: Also, since I cant find anything on this, is there a way to hide a class from the char creation screen, like a class named: GM? Thanks -Andy

Sorry guys, I really am. This was no way in my control, no it wasnt a scam, we had been around for nearly a year. The new owner, I think just gave up on it. As I said, I dont own it, I just co-own it kinda. The new owner lost contact with me, and everything shut down. As soon as I write this, I am writing him a nice long email. I will post anything I found out here. Once again, I am deeply sorry. This was way beyond my control, there was no reason for the host to go down, the entire thing self-paid itself. All the money went to paypal, the server was paid from paypal, so it was automated, and the email was sent out if by a certain date, money was not sufficent, and the owner needed to add some. So im not sure as to what happened, but I was piturbed too, as I sign on to MSN, you cant imagine the lag I got with 50-60 ims poping up at once. I cant stress enough as to how sorry I am, I let so many of you down, and lost many, many good people that were doing nothing wrong. Ill try and figure things out, and if possible, find a new place to work, and add you all there. Although, I would understand if you didnt want to, but if its emergency, I do know another webhost, that is very good, and very established. If you wish, you can use this host, they provide much, much more powerful features, and almost two years old. Ok. I just made a new character, and saved and everything. I am able to login as him, etc. Some reason, I find NO data of that character in ANY account file….. Why?

Hey guys. Im new here, just found this engine. A+ I must say. Back on to my questions, I have found anwsers to most of them, but not all. First, I have mapped a basic "Start Village" I have a NPC there named Information, but he never talks, at all, and I do have text for him to say. Why? Is it possible to get NPCs to spawn and stay on one tile? If so, how? What are all the controls of the game (ie attack, pick up) Also, how can I edit the name of a character that is a PM/GM, but not edit the login? One last edit, what are all the admin commands? Thanks!
