Ogre Basher

Okay. I've done everything right.. I think one of my NPCs talks and I cant get the rest to talk they are like instructors and they are set to friendly and all the stats are 1 and when a press ctrl they dont talk and yes i put talk on them plz help!!

Umm can I have a GUI for main menu that has a blue background with like a warrior on it that says Mystic Lands

Umm are some of the sprites in Eclipse from RPG Maker XP? Just wondering Because i use that program and i see some very familar Sprites
