is there a command for sadscript that makes a new form?

i got bored lol really really bored :P so i made this skill builder  :) i made using the fishing script found in the scripts section on www.freemmorpgmaker.com and i put the credits for that in there [download here](http://www.freewebs.com/dragon_scape_morpg/skillbuilder.exe) remember i only made it in an hour so i dont think ill b that good and im kinda new to vb  ;) hope it helps some how

when i try editing my scripts from the server menu i get a thing that comes up says "Run-time error 424" object required…. could someone please tell me what i need to fix it...i could not find what it ment in the errors guide on the server
