Okay. And do I need to fill my internal IP too?

I followed the steps from portforward.com, but they don't say what kind of ip I need to fill in by 'Inside IP' and 'Outside IP'. Just my own IP or a new one? My Router type is a Thomson Speedtouch 546. I hope someone can help me?
