So, even if the people here usually ONLY joins a team when the game is half done and the leader is a uber programer (both cases these people aren't needed, for obvious reasons) i'll keep the banner/ads aspect of it, if you allow of course. Not videos. Really, i'm not familiar with nice video editing. I do think people will join and things will go allright (: Also, would be nice to have custom graphics made, no offense but all mmorpg's made with rpg maker-like graphics is supposed to fade within a year. The "rules" (aka: facts I want you to know) are the following: 1 - Try to be specific with what you want IF you want something specific. 2 - If you want something new, it's perfectly fine. Just describe your idea so I can have something to start with. 4 - I would love to remake your logo, so even if you're not sure if you're using my art, ask me to. 5 - Yeah, I don't like to do random artwork to have a portfolio. I'm inclined to attend people's tasks so I can start off with client-worker relations early on, I think it will do good for me. 6 - I've seen lots of small projects with (sorry for the word) crap logos. Not that i'm the god of all arts, but you, programmer, do not have the time to invest in such things. Drop by a word and see how cool your logo can be. 7 - Do not have a rule number three. 8 - Make sure to say what improvements my fresh brand new starter art can have. Please. I want to get better by experience AND suggestion. Knowing what people think is a great way to do so. 9 - You can ask a banner, a logo or simply an animation about your game. Try me out! Hello all! I didn't found any "introduce yourself" board so I ended up here. I'm in doubt if I should have this done in the 'talent centre'. OK, im new to the forum, but i've been reading it for some time. Having in mind im the new guy here, thougt was oportune to offer something to the community and tell why I am here. First, I liked the people here, there arent lots of kids dominating every thread with flaming troll wars. Second, I felt a lack of a kind of "artist" in here: the animator. Not that no one knows how to do it, but that aren't many who offers their services without asking for payment OR only gives attention to big/huge projects. Third, but not less important, I felt this is the place I cant get some work to do. I do not have any portifolio or sample jobs yet. Hope that people do accept me well. Resuming: Help me, help you. I simply remade their logo. I know you programmers/developers value that much the copyright thing, so i'll say it's free to use anything I post here, except if I be very specific regarding that question, wich I do not see happening soon.
