    Don't change the looks, just make it level 72 and change the "sentimental value" part of the description into something around the lines of "joke gift".

  8. I'm sorry, I don't know how can I help you with that, mainly because this tutorial was only tested with EO.

    In any case, you should check if it was working properly before, and see where you added the hair-drawing code, because what you say seems to show that you added something into some NPC thing.

I don't really know how CS:DE works, but from what I know from Eclipse, you'd likely have to find a sub that runs every so often, like SendPlayerVitals or something like that, and slap the send drawanim in there. You'd have to add a variable to check if you've sent the anim already to not spam the animation, too.

    Can you specify where/when it happens? When creating the character or after having created it?

  12. [Here, I found the tutorial](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/index.php?/topic/128361-eo-20-load-from-png-instead-of-bmp/) to make the game EO 2 load from PNG instead of BMP. You might find it useful, it sounds like it takes 10 minutes to do it.

    Though you'll have fancy PNG files that work exactly like your BMP files.
  13. whew, 120 MB of tilesets?! That's a ton!

    I'd suggest to switch the files to PNG. I know switching to a DX8 version of EO might be too much work though. Maybe there's a way to make EO 2 load PNG files? I recall managing to do that once… Though the only good thing it took from the PNG format was the small size, it converted them to BMP in memory...
  14. I saw the video and I think it's… got a very colorful GUI. Maybe a slight bit _too_ colorful, if you know what I mean.

    Also, if it's made with eclipse 2.3 it probably has BMP graphics (didn't check the download), so that's already a pretty big amount of MB that are going only for the graphics.

    Just add that damn line to the code and make music optional, I don't think having to download even 150 MB of Mario music just because the game requires it is a good idea, knowing just the rest of the game will be around 300 MB maybe?

    *sigh* Alright, I checked the website just to see how big was the game download. 66MB before extracting, so it's going to be big. And why does the website have music? Why does it automatically play?!

    Anyway… I can see you're doing a great deal of work in this game, and honestly, I respect that. On the other hand, I side with the people who say that music should be optional, because it doesn't matter how you _want_ your game to be played, as there's always a way to screw up that. (all the music files replaced with one-second empty ogg files, for example. Heck, you could even add **that** to the main download)

    Maybe the chatbox is slightly too transparent, and I thought having the text of the buttons… It's the font, isn't it?

    I wasn't sure about it, but didn't think about changing it either.
