Heavy Cat Studios is a professional animation house based in Southern California near Los Angeles. We have been in business since 2007 and our parent company has been in business since 1996\. We have developed or co-developed 29 games and apps on mobile devices, Flash and the Steam platform. We have 44 creative professionals including a tremendous production team from Palace in the Sky Productions LLC, artists, animators, writers and voice actors. We do up to 50 client projects a year. We price graphics by the page and sound by the minute. Color production art is $500 a page (up to 2000x2000 pixels total, 35 pencil drops per page). Voice is $200 a minute.
