RUn-TIME ERROR 429 licence for component not found. You dont have approperat licence to use this funcatialy in this evemiroment. this is the error i mostly get if i try to compile in a difrent server a download it just keep highliting and keeps makeing up error god help me -.- if anyone helps me a realy appreshate it

Yes it does i download new eclipse orgin it alwys highlights the even system but no matter what i delet it always comes up with some sort or error like i did it to ecpise advance to it just says errer if i go on any of them 2 it makes up some sort of error ever time if u can help me out i be so happy i serchin on youtube and google cant find out what to do.. But liget if u help me ill be so happy
