Now, I'm not flaming, but I'm giving you criticisms.
There are a lot of odd things with this game. Your design, spelling, grammar, website, etc. And why would someone also entrust the title, 'Administrator' to a person who you don't really know much? Then you'd blame that person for hacking you, obviously, it's partly your fault. And you shouldn't go like this:

I'll agree. I'd rather make a simple plain white HTML site than your site having that really . Your logo is also horrid, all I see is white text with a stroke around it. And fix your spelling and grammar, it makes some people go away, get a writer perhaps?
Like said by others, make your **_own_** site.
Don't take this as a negative post or harassment, I'm only helping you to develop your site. -

I agree with Pete. It's like a logo maker online made it. Just explore more until your set. I don't find them for. -

Well, it seems to me that you're new to Photoshop? If you ain't, you should be able to define the things I've used.
But let's talk about improving it. The font is generic. Use something else :3 And don't be afraid to play around the filters. They do most of the job for me.

100 is the max level, change to any number you want.
Apply it to BOTH CLIENT AND SERVER. -

[NOTE] I know I have some mistakes. You can change their colors according to your style with just adjusting at the 'Hue and Saturation' section at Photoshop. The Text won't be affected.

You attacking the NPC = Target the NPC, then press Ctrl for normal attack, your function keys for spells.
If you want the NPC to attack you initiative, then just adjust the behavior of the NPC at the NPC editor. -
Perhaps it's in a wrong file extension? ( it should be .bmp )

Like I said on another: "making your own application form can get you further." They will know what you are looking for the commitment they need to put forth. You also need to look at your art and see if your art is compatible with theirs. For example you like light cheery colors and make a certain design! But, the do dark dreary work and it off sets the mood. Not to mention the style is totally different. you don't want clashing styles. it makes the game look thrown together and unprofessional.
Agreed. Also, a technique to get a crew is by putting up screenshots of your 'well-made' maps. Words aren't enough to give your costumers/players the satisfaction. And the size for the text on the original post doesn't really need to be that big, we're not blind. And yeah, like said by General Pony, find a skill of your own before you attempt to start a serious project. Messing and exploring will get you to success if you'd put passion.
