Still havent find a fix for this, am bumping this topic. I have tried look around the source a bit but still didnt see the problem

Yes if you do more than 22 the players get bugged. Only admins can move and do every other things normaly.

When you make 23 spells, non-admin players will get a bug were they cant use the chat,move map or do anything else. I tried this at EO3.0, EO3.0 electrified events,EA3.0.10 and some other versions and i still got this problem. We've added values to all spells to see if it's some case of a value, even fresly remade all spells. But it doesn't work in any case. Thanks for your time.
