Regardless. Web designers and developers should always build something from stratch rather than letting the application do your work. Where as you build your own website from stratch, you'll have better understanding concerning code and build.
Photoshop sliced websites uses imagery and tables for the build up which is unacceptable in the age we live in.

Mhm, "sounds" (get it, get it? No? Okay) like a good idea.
However, it "could" also be annoying, alot of people have their own music running locally or via YouTube, the idea that profile music starts running through my epic piano songs angers me.
